Starting his career as a Plantation Attendant at the Getas Plantation Unit - PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX in 2006, he was later appointed as Head of Plant Affairs in 2011 and became Head of the Plant Section starting in 2015. In 2018, he was appointed by the Holding Perkebunan - PT Perkebunan Nusantara III as Director of Annual Crops Operations of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX. On October 17, 2019, he was appointed as Director of Operations and Development of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) before finally being inaugurated as President Director of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara on May 8, 2024 based on Shareholder's Decision Letter Number DSDM/KPPS/18/V/2024, SL-DIRUT/SKPTS/2024.05.08-7, 23/KPPS/004/V/2024, and BCN/DSDU/RIS/003/2024 regarding the Termination, Job Title Nomenclature Change, Task Transfer, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara.

He has held several strategic positions in PTPN IX, including Head of Planning and Development, Manager of the Jolotigo Plantation Unit, and Head of Finance and Accounting. LPP Agro Nusantara, then transferred as Director of Finance & HCM of PT. Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang. In December 2021, he was appointed as Director of PTPN IX before finally being inaugurated as Director of Operations of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara on May 8, 2024 based on Shareholder's Decision Letter Number DSDM/KPPS/18/V/2024, SL-DIRUT/SKPTS/2024.05.08-7, 23/KPPS/004/V/2024, and BCN/DSDU/RIS/003/2024 regarding the Termination, Job Title Nomenclature Change, Task Transfer, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara.

Born in Lumajang, October 17 1979, Dimas Eko Prasetyo, ST. completed his final education at the Sepuluh November Institute of Technology, Surabaya (2003) Chemical Engineering Study Program.

He started his career as Head of Processing Section at a Sugar Factory, then became Head of Environmental Affairs, PTPN X Processing Division.
